Faisal was the first to respond to my job. From there he said when he would be able to come and fix the issue, and stuck to that. He was transparent as well about his rate, which is reasonable imo. He was able to fix the leaking drain pipe of the washing machine within a little over an hour (including going to get the necessary part to fix it). Have had the washing machine on a few times since with no issue. All in all would recommend.

OutStandish Ltd completed renovations for me in November and December 23, totalling £10,394.55 for a new baby room, bathroom, and storage. The bathroom has suffered leaks since November 23, with subsequent incidents in January and May 24. Despite multiple attempts to fix it the problem persists. Apart from the ongoing bathroom leaks, issues include exposed plumbing under the bathroom sink, a poorly positioned waste pipe above the flooring, incomplete lighting in the baby room, an improperly installed radiator, and loose shower fittings. Professionalism and reliability have been concerns. Delays in completing the work, frequent late arrivals, and unannounced absences have disrupted the project timeline and added to my frustration. The ongoing stress and disruption caused by these issues have been distressing, particularly with a new-born in the house. The constant worry about repairs and the inconvenience of not having a functional bathroom have disrupted our daily lives.

Oleh is very knowledgeable, committed and helpful in his work. Arrived at the times agreed and came back to fix or adjust anything that wasn't correct, keeping myself and the boiler system functioning correctly. Advised other methods which have now been implemented and the system is working great now. Had years of different (and expensive) heating engineers/boiler repairs and plumbers looking at this problem with no proper fix. My last advice was to change the complete boiler and flu and pipework, which was a big problem because of the cost, non of it was needed. Just needed Oleh who out of thousands of pounds spent on this so far solved the problem in a couple of visits and with little mess at reasonable cost. And no boiler replacement etc! Very happy so far and have him on speed dial for any other issues in other properties. Would advise to get a parking app for his phone though as will save a lot of parking headaches in the future, cheers Oleh ;-) Merry Christmas pal, thanks again

I couldn't be happier with MPS Maintenance in general and Marcus in particular. He came to my house to have a look at the job before quoting, which I felt was thorough. All admin related to the work was undertaken by Marta at the office, who is friendly, cheerful and efficient. (I think it's a good idea to have a separation between the person doing the work and the money/admin side of things, if possible, by the way.) On the day we agreed, Marcus and Isaac arrived on time, and set to work. Unfortunately, there had been a mix-up with the products ordered, and they couldn't complete the job that day. In fact, for various reasons, it extended over several days. Throughout, Marcus and Isaac worked hard, made sure everything was stacked neatly at the end of the day, and stayed patient and good-humoured, despite the unexpected delays in completion, none of which were their fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marcus and Isaac. They were both polite and good-natured, they completed the job to a good standard, and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

Ben was very proactive. Got an accurate quote over the phone. Arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The tenants is known for being difficult sometimes but Ben dealt with it in a professional manner to the extent that the tenants even called me and said he was a very good guy and knows his stuff. The team were excellent. I’ve had a bad experience in the past with old builders but Adeem and his team were promote and experienced. Before doing each step in the bathroom they explained everything with much detail and left me feeling positive! My whole bathroom was refurbished and I can’t even recognise it anymore. The transformation has been fantastic. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I would also be using them in the future whenever needed for other jobs!
