Robert did a great job in identifying and fixing the issue with our electric shower. Electric circuit had burned down and needed new wiring. Robert did a good job of fixing the wiring even though the old connection was too tight. He had to drill around the socket and rewire the whole thing, and his work was clean and neat. His charges were very reasonable as well.

Excellent service by a friendly, professional and helpful person. Pete did a boiler service and gas safety inspection for me, but also check all the radiators and taps at the property without being asked. He also took time to explain to the tenant the most best way to set the temperature using the boiler and room thermometer and checked the tenant had no other issues. Pete has since done a second job for me. I could not be there but the tenants are very happy with the work he did - annoyed tenants were turned into very happy tenants quickly, which make the landlord very happy. His number is definately saved for future use!

Nazmi showed up at agreed time and date. Gave his personal opinion that job could not be done up to his standard in one day without further support, adequate tools etc. Hired someone else in the end. I'm very pleased with professional, friendly way Chris and the team both approached and carried out the work and most importantly the end result. A bit disappointed in the end if I am being honest. ANDY came in to fit a new tap. The fitting seemed fine, but an issue with the water pressure was picked up so we were left with cold water which was okay as Andy was going to rectify. Seemed like a nice enough guy and actually came back and we paid for him to do some work on the pressure that seemed to temp resolve the issue. Within a day there was an issue with the hot water to the taps and I reached out to ANDY; no response until we eventually spoke. We booked a day for him to come and I took a day off work; he didn't rock up and didn't event bother to let me know. This is despite numerous messages or texts. Now we have no hot water! And I am going to have to pay another plumber to come and fix these issues. I really thought ANDY was a good, solid guy and we'd actually made plans for him to redo the radiators across the house; no chance now.
