Dimche responded to the ad, arrived and fixed the issue on the same day. He pointed out the root cause of the leak and recommended a different connector to the one used by the original builder. As the pipes were made fairly inaccessible by subsequent decorators, he had to cut through the plasterboard to get access and connect everything. The fixed price agreed upfront was adhered to despite the job ended up being not just strict plumbing. I was initially a bit reticent to hire not seeing any reviews (this is due to him using the site to fill the gaps in regular work), but it worked out very well and I've already discussed another potential job in our house. Well recommended!

Reece fixed a cold radiator which resulted in a change of a pump and change of some radiator valves. He then later came back for a separate job including fitting a booster pump and removing an old malfunctioning booster pump from the loft. Very impressed and would strongly recommend him.

100% positive on this transaction. Penningtons sent quote via e-mail after coming to look at problem (waterhammer and jammed main stopcock). Turned up promptly for initial look and job. Although work took three hours longer than they had originally signed in for, carried on until task satisfactorily completed, and charged me only £20 more than original agreed fee for an extra part required after agreeing this slight increase with me on site. Payment by online bank transfer. And everything done as far as I can see to a high professional standard. So no complaints whatsoever. Recommended!

Daniel and his colleague arrived in good time and got to work on clearing the slow draining toilet. We also had a new toilet to be fitted and a new tap for the basin. Daniel took on this extra work, and went out to purchase a new toilet waste pipe and a new trap. His work is of a high quality and he is very professional in his approach. I would highly recommend Daniel and his team for your plumbing issues.
