I am a seasoned My Builder user and hard to impress - Angie impressed me. This was an urgent job and he turned up almost immediately to remove old appliance. When the new one arrived, he turned up quickly to fit. Then we noticed that one of the pipes was too short - he was immediately at Toolstation to buy a new one with his own money. Fitted the washer dyrer perfectly. Very polite, friendly and cheerful. Cleaned up thoroughly. Excellent work - do not hesitate to call him.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was told from the outset that the work would be covered by insurance, which turned out to be incorrect. I was charged 5,000 for investigating and fixing a water leak, however the initial workmanship was very poor and the leak was still present after they left. On a second opinion was told, the plumber cracked my soil stack and then attempted to charge a further 5,000 to repair damage. Insurance did not cover any of this, despite repeated assurances that it would. I requested a refund for the additional money paid and received no response at all. In the end, I had to hire another builder to properly fix the leak and repair the cracked soil stack. Only around 3 to 4 hours of work was carried out, yet I was charged for 12 hours. The pricing was completely unjustified for the work done. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and get multiple opinions before proceeding.
