Mat fitted a handrail in a staircase where the plaster wall was crumbling and insecure. He fitted a wooden baton to bear the weight and made a fantastic and very neat and secure job of it. Very happy to recommend him.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, as I understand how hard people work. I am a customer service manager, a government worker, and a restaurant owner in Mayfair, so I truly value professionalism and respect. The toilet leakage was attended to, and the entire flushing system was removed and reinstalled. After the engineer left, I used the toilet and noticed it was almost coming off the wall. I assumed it had not been properly secured, so I sent a video asking him to return and reseal it as soon as possible.The response I received was rude and dismissive, stating it was never sealed. However, I have photos showing it was sealed previously. The leak had already been ongoing for over a month , and with my son working from home, I agreed to the repair being done that day.I am now having to buy sealant and fix it myself before my daughter returns from school, as this is a safety hazard. This behaviour is very disappointing, especially as I was polite and cooperative throughout.

The work required replacement of an existing concealed concentric shower valve in the bathroom. Xjavier explained the replacement options and difficulties with the current layout in particular the future maintenance should there be another breakdown. I was shown many examples of allied plumbing workmanship and excellent finishing. Xjavier also gave examples of the new shower type. The work including replacement of tiles and full reinstatement and use of the new but now exposed luxury mixer shower was completed the following day with little rest and completely tidily. Everything was cleared away as if there had not been a visit. I could not have wished for more. Xjavier is very knowledgeable, well mannered and a credit to his plumbing and heating profession. There would be no hesitation to seek his quality services again in the future

- A quick fix was done. However, the leak stopped for 2 days then came back even worse. I contacted the contractor and was told the valves need changing. - I hired a different contractor who managed to fix this issue without changing the valves. - For that reason, unfortunately, I believe the contractor failed to identify the root cause and hence wasted my time. - A call out charge of £40 should have been clearly communicated to the customer. - Communication style was a bit aggressive. - Not recommended, unfortunately.
