Neil completed a job I posted on this site, made arrangements to visit and look at the job. Neil arrived prompt and provided an estimate I (and more importantly the wife) were happy with. We made arrangements for the job to be done on a Saturday and Neil completed the work to a very good standard. Let’s face it plastering is a messy job but some how Neil managed to do an outstanding job keeping the area clean. The finish product is now dry and almost a shame to paint it. On a personal note: Neil was a very friendly guy who was very easy to talk to especially as we had a common interest. I have saved his number to my phone for future use and recommendation to others.

Ian and Steve converted a damp cold lean to into an excellent utility room, toilet, sink, heating, tiled roof, insulated, damp proofed and painted, the complete job, planned and exicuted to highest standards. Ian and Steve gave advise on everything, even When I added extra jobs they were only to happy to accommodate. No sub contracting, all work done including building, plastering, electrics and joinery. I would highly recommended and would not hesitate to use in the future. Great team. Thanks John

The plumber wanted to leave the job without the testing the central heating system when he said he had comleted the work. Generally untidy, the water running on to a new plaster in the kitchen below due to joint failure during the work. Poor working techniks, not giving receipt for work just wanted a quick cash. The plumber was soldering on the wet joint which could have the affect on the quality of it. Leaving the pipe work for the radiator on 2 different level. Not following safety hot works procedures - nearly burnt his colleague, not having the fire extinguisher during the hot works.

Job rip out old bath, toilet and sink and remove wall tiles and existing flooring. Completely refit new bathroom suite to include large walk in shower unit, toilet and basin and retile walls. Mark gave us a detailed costing and a date when he would be able to start the job and complete this by. He arrived on time every morning and never stopped working each day. He had a timescale in mind and kept me informed daily what he would complete and by when. We asked just before the work commenced if it was possible for the floor to be tiled and Mark put himself out to include this around the original time scales. If the water had to be turned off Mark would let us know and ensured we had enough to make brews etc. Mark takes a pride in his work and even boxed all the remaining pipe work and tiled this over to ensure a professional finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Mark has a good work ethic and vision. He even offered to put the towel rails up and and other bathroom fittings as he knew he had the right equipment to drill.
