Rene was great! Nice, punctual and very generous with his time. What ought to have been a straightforward job turned out to need two visits... This was due to a faulty tap. Rene was happy to wait with us while we spoke to the manufacturer and make a video to send to them highlighting the problem. He then came back when the manufacturer had sent us out a replacement and got the job done. Everything running as it should be! We will certainly hire Rene again for any plumbing jobs in the future and recommend him to any one that asks!

Bashir did make a difference to us. We had an urgent leaking problem with the boilers condensed pipe. He picked up the job really quickly and came in on the day. He is reliable man who took his word and came back to my flat to make sure the leaking was properly fixed by replacing the old ones.
