Came on 2nd to quote, agreed to start work on the 5th at 10:30, messaged me at 10:13 saying not coming because issues with van... rescheduled to the 10th, no communication until that morning when I rang up to check they were still coming, told yes at 8:23am... 9:01 told not coming! foolishly rescheduled again for the 16th, turns up with unskilled helper who was the most rude, foul mouthed human I've ever come across, was sworn at, called foul names and constantly argued with me (the client), called all sorts and eventually after being called a Bast**d had to ask four times to leave my property, this person was throwing bricks and big heavy pieces of wood & metal all over my paved garden, marking slabs, allowed them to come back to finish job without me around, they did everything wrong, put posts in the wrong place & at wrong height, cut wooden fence wrong & even put back wrong, didn't install last panel, big gap at the end of the fence, promised to sort but now no responce from them!

He arrived to start the work when he said he would and completed within a couple of days. A very professional job by this very pleasant, reliable and professional plumber. Tim (TC Heating) came across as a very Professional and knowledgeable Tradesman and on first impressions and throughout his work, was friendly and had excellent manners. Tim also advised on any money savings for me in ways for him to complete the work he was doing. All work completed in a very tidy and with a Professional Quality finish. Nothing asked of Tim was to big or to small for him to do either, he was there to advise and to help with any questions too. I`d recommend TC Heating to anyone wishing to employ a Quality Tradesman for their home or business plumbing. Very Impressed.

I understand he found the job challenging. But he had inspected the room and knew what was expected. He left the room with a floor unsecure in a corner, cut large holes in the floor that he lay and then positioned the feet of the bath over said hole. He then hid the bodge job he had used, having placed a piece of spare wood (which he got from me) to bridge the gap hoping I wouldn't see. After payment he turned to a ghost, leaving the job unfinished. I now need to pay another builder to finish the job he has left behind. Including fitting a new radiator, which he claimed he would do but did pressure me to pay before he did so. In hindsight, that was an obvious attempt to leave a job unfinished while getting paid more than the initial quote. The fit and finish was poor, trimming the bath panel side looked like it had been done with a pocket knife and I had to sand it smooth afterwards. Wouldn't recommend if you want the job to be finished professionally.
