Lmvconstruction promptly called in and start to locate the leak. Managed to remove the tiled floor to reach the pipework to fix it. Couldn’t thank Lino enough so professional, polite and calm. Fixe the leak and returned yesterday to install two large tiles and make good. Strongly recommend him

It was not shower but radiators. Nice guy, installed two radiators. Respectful of property, but had to call him back more than once because radiators needed more bleeding so boiler kept switching off. Took two days to convince him to come back and sort it, which he did. Next problem was a leak through ceiling, when I first brought this to his attention, he said it was an old stain. When more water damage was seen, once again I had to show him pictures of stains to walls and ceiling. Today is the 26th Jan, be came identified issue and fixed it. Well I hope he did.

I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.
