James Farrell did a great job for us. We had called out several plumbers to try and fix a cistern that had been installed poorly, and had no luck. Once we called James, his assistant got in touch quickly to book in an appointment and he was able to repair it without us needing to buy extra parts. He adjusted the cistern and flush plate and left it looking better than it originally was. Very happy with the result and no mess was left behind :).

Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch.
