JAG was able to diagnose possible fault with 18 year old combi boiler over the ‘phone and on that basis I took the decision to source a genuine part (pump) cheaply online for him to fit. He gave clear and logical advice about the options going forward for repair versus replacement which was refreshing. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on his services again. Highly recommended.

Do not trust this rogue trader and his false reviews. 1. showed-up when he felt like it 2. showed -up late evenings & worked till 9pm causing me distress and noise pollution- which the council received complaints and investigating me. 3. Quickly rushed the work and did poor workmanship-quick cash whilst doing other jobs in day. 4. Caused damage to my walls and did not repair or complete works 5. Kept threatening- if he does not get paid he will not leave etc 6. Failed to use wall plugs-instead used large screws 7. failed to provide list of parts 8. made me order copper pipes in excess and cut them in pieces to take away with him etc. 9. Toilet leaking, and not fitted against wall, water leaks in central heating lines, losing pressure 10. has failed to remedy the damages. 11. attached just some photos he left my property in such state, leaving me to at a loss and to get the works done again by a professional and honest trades person. He took my cash and never resolved his failings
