Kieran was fast to respond to my posting. He was a great communicator and offered me a fair price for the works. He was able to fix the washing machine handle on the same day (as it was more urgent) and return the next day to complete the installation of a mixer tap in the kitchen. Being a European brand it was shorter than the UK size being exchanged. This didn't faze him, he went to collect parts so that he could adjust and ensure the tap could be installed. Never left until everything was working well and I was 100% happy. I would 100% recommend and hire him again. A very pleasant young man too. Thank you Kieran, you are the man!!
