I posted the advert on Monday evening, Adrian came on the Tuesday, quoted and then came back to complete the work on Friday to a very high standard. Very pleased and very competitively priced. Dimche responded to the ad, arrived and fixed the issue on the same day. He pointed out the root cause of the leak and recommended a different connector to the one used by the original builder. As the pipes were made fairly inaccessible by subsequent decorators, he had to cut through the plasterboard to get access and connect everything. The fixed price agreed upfront was adhered to despite the job ended up being not just strict plumbing. I was initially a bit reticent to hire not seeing any reviews (this is due to him using the site to fill the gaps in regular work), but it worked out very well and I've already discussed another potential job in our house. Well recommended!

Joseph was on time, polite, friendly and tidy. He explained clearly the issue and fixed it within an hour or so. So far, so good and no more leaking bath! Reasonably priced too in comparison to other quotes I received. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to hire Joseph again. The only thing I would say is that it would have been great to get a receipt/ invoice for the work so there is a record of the job and cost etc. But I'm sure that would be easy to implement if I had asked. Overall really pleased and glad to have selected Joseph.
