100% positive on this transaction. Penningtons sent quote via e-mail after coming to look at problem (waterhammer and jammed main stopcock). Turned up promptly for initial look and job. Although work took three hours longer than they had originally signed in for, carried on until task satisfactorily completed, and charged me only £20 more than original agreed fee for an extra part required after agreeing this slight increase with me on site. Payment by online bank transfer. And everything done as far as I can see to a high professional standard. So no complaints whatsoever. Recommended!

Charlie was exceptional. He was dogged in finding solutions to a few gnarly problems, like channeling an awkward, ugly pipe and fitting new cast iron radiators without access under the floor to move the pipes. I am very, very pleased with the finish. I also felt Charlie was very fair value, as the quality of his work was perfect. He is easy to communicate with and turns up exactly when he says. All around, couldn't ask for more. Would recommend to anyone.
