Congs appears to be a perfect gentleman and highly respectful man all the time. He has helped me to fix some things and charge me a very reasonable amount. He is always willing to go beyond and ensure everything is sorted. One of the amazing things about him is that he tidied up after completing every tasks and I really appreciate that. It’s always difficult inviting a stranger into your home to complete work but minutes after meeting John I knew he was the right man for the job. He had a very friendly but professional approach and it became clear while chatting to him that he had many years expertise and knowledge under his belt. My property had flooded due to a failed component in a Victoria style shower - extremely expensive to replace but John made light work of locating the issue and repairing the failed part.
