Dean/ Proline was the only person/company (out of 9 contacted) who responded to my cry for help with a tricky and tight plumbing/drainage pipe situation. Within a few hours of my post he'd made contact and came to quote the next day. He's a genuinely nice person with magical and excellent plumbing skills and obviously has many years of professional experience. Within the week, the problem was sorted, matching the quote and a few other unseen issues were also fixed - troubleshooting and problem solving the whole time as it was not an easy fix.
