Mr Parcell serviced my gas boiler and ordered a part for my gas fire . He did the boiler , then came back a week later to service and fix the problem with my gas fire . On time , very friendly and efficient . Told me what the problem with the fire was and not to use it , which I had been doing , until it was serviced and fixed. I have already told him I will be using them again next year when they need servicing again in November , brilliant job done, very pleased. Kathryn

Sam and his team have done an excellent job at installing all pipework and fitting an on-suite bathroom, including tiling into a new build. This was a complex job because Sam had to 'pick-up' where a previous builder had left and support us in addressing deficiencies in the previous builder's work. Sam's work is of an exceptionally high standard, he does the work when he says he will, responds rapidly to communications, which was essential for this job and simply 'gets on with it'. We will be definitely asking Sam to undertake further work in the near future and would recommend him highly. Thank you, Carole and Paul Deighton.
