Dan gave me a date and time for the work to begin,he has been very professional and polite throughout contacting me and keeping to his word throughout. Hi, Tom offered a fair price for the job as well as offered a couple of different time slots which worked well for me. Arrived on time and got to work straight away and didn’t leave until the problem was resolved and he was sure I was happy with the work performed. Asked Rob to come out to help with an outdoor tap which had been fitted to a very poor standard by a previous plumber. He responded to my message very quickly and came round within the hour as he was in the area. Rob and his colleague were very professional, easy to get on with and both had great knowledge. They were able to clean up the mess left from the previous plumber, fill in the hole and completely re pipe and fit the outdoor tap to a really high standard. All done within a timely manner too! Will definitely be using Rob again for all future plumbing jobs.
