He was a pleasant gentlemen and I believed he did a good job, until I found out, after he left, that he chipped the enamel on the shower tray when he dropped something heavy on it. I even remember asking if he was okay. Rather than admit to it and figuring out a way to fix it together. He hid it. Very poor character. Not the kind of person I want in my home ever again.
