Paid nearly £100 just to troubleshooted the issue. The quote to fix it was quiet high compared to others therefore I didn't want to go ahead with the job. One part of my shower mixer has not been put back properly. I flagged this and I appreciated the guy coming back with the intent to fix it, however it made the situation worse as my shower buttons now fall down, I will have to call someone else to fix it. Bottom line -> I am not happy.

A previous builder had not done the pluming correctly and it was causing problems with both appliances. They also fixed the drip from my tap in my bathroom when they were here. Eriken arrived on time, surveyed the garden, and then recommended a better solution to the one that I had in mind, namely using concrete fence posts to replace the old wood and metal ones, and he did so without putting any pressure on me at all. I thought it was a great idea as they would be much easier to maintain, and replacing future fence panels would be a matter of just sliding them in. We agreed on a fair price, and Eriken arrived promptly on the day with his colleagues, took down all of my old fence panels and fence posts, and fitted new concrete posts and new panels very professionally. He and his colleagues took away my old fence panels for disposal and cleared away any mess, and then he sent me pictures of the job as it was at one of my tenanted properties. I would definitely use Eriken again. Thank you, Eriken, for a professional job well done.
