Tausif was able to come and complete the job at a mutually agreeable time. He was very efficient and thorough, and completed the job to a high standard. We even asked him to mount a mirror while he was here (not listed in the original job) and he was happy to do it! Pricing was very reasonable and transparent from the start; Tausif sent me a quote before starting the job which we both agreed on. He was very professional and communication was great. Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks again, really appreciate the great work!

JAG was able to diagnose possible fault with 18 year old combi boiler over the ‘phone and on that basis I took the decision to source a genuine part (pump) cheaply online for him to fit. He gave clear and logical advice about the options going forward for repair versus replacement which was refreshing. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on his services again. Highly recommended.

I have found mr watson a reliable and capable engineer. Who goes out of his way to get you out of trouble. I have recommend him to many others and I have always been thanked for recommending him. I would have no concerns about recommending to others. He has fitted my heating system. My bathroom and power shower. He services and maintains them. He maintains my parents boiler and heating system. He also maintains my friends boilers as and when. He has always got us good prices on parts and I feel he charges reasonable prices. He has always made an effort to attend as soon as possible with brake downs even if it's weekends or evenings. He is always approachable and willing to help. He arrived on time and completed the work in a very profesional and efficient manner. Tariq has a very warm and friendly personality and a very helpful attitude.
