Ali and Mehdi completely transformed our bathroom. They were very professional, hard-working and above all respectful of our proposed design. There were a couple of site discoveries that only came to light after demolition, however Ali and his team workshoppped alternative solutions and were able to adapt their works to suit. In fact the end result is better than the original design. Despite these setbacks they finished the job in good time, even working on Saturdays to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.

Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.

Whenever my input was needed on design choices or finishes, I heard back quickly by email and everything was explained clearly. I never felt kept in the dark, which as someone who wasn’t on site made a real difference. Coming home to the finished result was just lovely. The whole place felt fresh and beautifully done, and it was a joy to walk back into. I would highly recommend Cubitt Wren to anyone looking for quality renovation work. You also get a dedicated project manager who keeps you updated throughout, which is such a reassurance when works of this scale are going on. A wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Really impressive! As others have said, very polite and professional. Kept me updated throughout before arrival. In the end installing the replacement dishwasher was much trickier than expected, but he persevered and sorted it. Was really impressed by his expertise and practical approach.
