I enjoy taking on the fiddly plumbing tasks nobody wants to do. Relocation of sinks radiators etc. Also i do all the painting that clients don't want to bother with. Doors, skirting boards, architrave, radiators, ceilings and walls. Tiling can be from a whole kitchen to just replacing a couple of popped tiles. No project too big or small. I enjoy my work, my downfall is that I'm too meticulous - everything has to be perfect.

The start of the job didn't go as hoped however, after discussions took place, there was an immediate understanding of our concerns and measures were immediately put in place to rectify things. The final result was a sound job and all the team tried their hardest to produce quality work. I arranged an appointment for 5.30pm, which Mitchell let me know earlier that day he couldn’t make. We rearranged for the following day at the same time. On the morning of the second day, I received a message suggesting an earlier time of 5pm. Unfortunately, as I wasn’t able to pick up emails during the day, I couldn’t confirm the change. I was available and in any way from 5pm onwards, but he didn't attend. That's when I checked my emails to find the message about the earlier time. I tried to follow up by email and phone straightaway to clarify the situation, but didn’t receive a response. Overall, it was disappointing due to the lack of communication.
