Really impressive! As others have said, very polite and professional. Kept me updated throughout before arrival. In the end installing the replacement dishwasher was much trickier than expected, but he persevered and sorted it. Was really impressed by his expertise and practical approach. Would highly recommend.

My tenant had an issue with toilet. I sent over a video of the toilet. He quoted me £120 plus parts. When he arrived there, the ball in the toilet was fixed but the handle of the toilet was not working . He charged another £140 for the handle. I thought he was going to come back another day to fix the handle but he had the part of the handle in his car. He basically charged me twice for the same work at the same time . Always ask him to come and see the job first before he can provide you a quote . Otherwise he will rip me you off like he did to me. Stay away from him or ask him to see the job first before quote. Ie I’ll report this to mybuilder as well. Basically, he charged labour twice for the job I had advertised.

The team were excellent. I’ve had a bad experience in the past with old builders but Adeem and his team were promote and experienced. Before doing each step in the bathroom they explained everything with much detail and left me feeling positive! My whole bathroom was refurbished and I can’t even recognise it anymore. The transformation has been fantastic. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I would also be using them in the future whenever needed for other jobs!
