Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.

Hass from comforrooms responded to the Job made an appointment and came to visit to inspect the place , discuss the project and take measurements. Next day I got a quote, we agreed on details and he waited for me to confirm the date. Hass is on time, professional, calm and keep his promises. He managed the material, delivery and the whole.process went smoothly, no complications. On the last day he cleared, cleaned and left nonrubbish behind.
