Excellent service from We Fit Boiler. The team were punctual, professional and very easy to deal with. They reacted quickly, explained the options clearly and managed to complete the work to a high standard while keeping the cost very reasonable. I was particularly impressed with how tidy they were during and after the job. They worked carefully, respected the property and left everything clean. They were also very flexible when some changes were needed, which made the whole process much easier. The price was competitive, the workmanship was excellent and the end result was exactly what I needed. I would confidently recommend We Fit Boiler to anyone needing boiler or plumbing work. Qualified plumber doing daily jobs. I do leak investigations. Heating system wiring diagnostics and solutions. Underfloor heating diagnostics and solutions. Pipe freezing isolation where needed. HIU repairs. Emergency repairs with temporary and permanent solutions. Toilets. Concealed thermostatic shower cartridges identification and repairs. Vented / unvented cylinders repairs, installations, replacements and conversions. Lead pipework repairs. Steel pipework repairs (light commercial and communal). Fix not usable stopcocks. And much more I do. Anything I do I will be giving guarantees and it would be my priority to make my customers happy at the end of the job. Please shortlist if you wish me to do your job.

Posted a job after hours at around 7pm - Tomas was on another job nearby at the time and headed over afterwards. By 9pm the problem was solved and some expert advice given - with the water flowing a lot better than it was previously, stopcock eased and pressure valve adjusted. Excellent work and a speedy response - top drawer.

Carlos was exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and professional throughout the process, doing his very best to find a way to stop the dripping tap. However, due to the level of limescale underneath, the old washer could not be removed, so I would need to change the tap. He voluntarily showed me everything, and I agreed there was no alternative to make it work. I very much appreciated his services on the day.
