First class service and extremely pleased with the plumbing work. We used Jamie's expertise to install a new shower. Due to the way the shower was installed, he had to do some additional works which was not anticipated. He explained why this extra work is needed without deviating from the initial quotes. And all the work completed with high quality. Fantastic, reliable, well priced service. I will certainly be recommending Jamie to friends and family.

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!

Michael quoted 70 pounds to clear the drain. He came and removed my kitchen sink pipe and top. He then said that he was unable to clear the drain, that he was going to get a different tool to come and clear the drain and that he will also get new sink top and pipe, he then said that he is going to charge 190 pounds. I said that is a very big jump in price - from 70pounds to 190 pounds. He then said that if he fits only the sink top and clears the drain that it will be 110 pounds. I then agreed and he said that he will be back around 4pm; but he never did. When I called him a few minutes past 4pm, he said that he had come outside but he could not unblock the drain. He asked me to get a specialist drain unblocker. I asked him to come and fit in the kitchen sink top and the pipe which he removed -causing the kitchen to leak, he then said that he will charge 60 pounds to fix the damage which he caused,
