Bill came across as a very nice man on the phone and quoted me £70 when he called round. Having been in the building trade over 50 years I said it was worth £200. The job was done in less than 1 hour although I had to hear his life story which lasted 90 minutes over 2 cups of tea. Bill charged me £500, I would not recommend him.

I am currently taking my NVQ so once that is done I am able to do vented and unvented boilers/heaters. Mitchell did a thorough job of identifying the root cause of the slow drain and trying to rectify as much as possible. While its not permanently resolved the flow is a much better. He recommended an alternative solution that could be a permanent fix. Which is to shorten the run of the shower to the toilet stackMitchell did a thorough job identifying the cause of a slow-draining shower and significantly improved the flow. While the issue isn't completely resolved, he explained the likely cause and recommended a practical long-term solution by shortening the shower waste run to the soil stack. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
