Arrived quickly and solved the problem I was having with the plumbing to my dishwasher and washing machine. A previous builder had not done the pluming correctly and it was causing problems with both appliances. They also fixed the drip from my tap in my bathroom when they were here. Very friendly and helpful. I had a really good experience with these builders.

Ahmed offered a fair price for what was a small and quick plumbing job (lower than other quotes). Communication was excellent. He arrived as expected/agreed. On a very rainy day we were grateful that without asking he put on over-shoes. The job was completed efficiently and the new isolator seems to be working well. The room was left clean and tidy. Ahmed was also willing to provide some helpful advice on other DIY jobs. We will definitely call on him again for household plumbing issues (T.R.I. also offers full heating/gas coverage). The company is very new to MyBuilder - hence the few feedback reviews so far - but Ahmed has many years' experience in plumbing. Thank you.

We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!
