Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks again, really appreciate the great work!

I have refurbished the bathroom first which Livio team undertook all of the works including electricity; plumbing, tiling and general make good. When works were finished in the bathroom I also asked them to do some works in my loft room. All the works were caried out to a very high standard. When Adam was originally commissioned to do a re-sealing job, there was quick communication and the work was done well. When we agreed to do more work a couple of months later, Adam cancelled a few hours before the appointment, didn't offer to reschedule and then ignored my messages. Not the best way to treat repeat customers. 3 stars for reliability.
