Polite ,professional and hard working team, everything got delivered to the highest standard. Our build is has special requirements and it got solved above our expectations. Requirements were discussed and suggestions onboarded. Work was finished as per plan and within the timeline agreed. All unforeseen issue was dealt swiftly and professionally. His communication was excellent from the start, and he was incredibly responsive—arriving at my house within just 10 minutes of being contacted. He quickly identified the issue and immediately put my mind at ease by confidently explaining how he would fix the leak that had been causing me a lot of stress. What really stood out was how well-prepared he was. He arrived with all the necessary tools and parts, meaning there was no wasted time—he got straight to work and resolved the problem efficiently. On top of that, he was very tidy and made sure everything was cleaned up properly before leaving. Reliable, skilled, and professional—I couldn’t ask for better service. Mario was quick to respond to the job and provided several dates and times when he could visit to give a quote. He arrived as promised and was clearly knowledgeable. Mario revamped our bathroom by removing and replacing an old tiled floor, as well as removing and replacing the toilet, basin, bath panel, and shower screen. Mario completed the job to schedule, and I've never seen someone work so hard - he's an absolute machine without any loss of quality. Overall, his price is competitive, he has great attention to detail, and he's communicative and very responsive to messages and calls. Update: The new toilet that was installed has since had two leaks and whilst Mario agreed to return to resolve, he failed to attend at the schedule day and time and has since not responded to any calls or messages. Now costing me more to have the issue of unsanitary water leaking. Based on that, rating downgraded.
