Daniel has carried out 2 jobs for me. The first was replacing the boiler and the second was installing a new sink and hob in the kitchen. Daniel was professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. He worked hard on both occasions to ensure the work was carried out within the time frame that he had stated. Installing the new boiler and replacing the old one was a big job but Daniel was happy to talk through what the work would entail. I liked how he spent time talking with me to understand what I wanted and ensured that he met my expectations. I would thoroughly recommend Daniel and wouldn't hesitate to contact him in the future if I needed any further work carried out.

We had a bad leak from an en suite shower but had no idea how bad. Paul spent considerable time investigating as part of the quote and working out where the waste was routed. It wasn't until work commenced, however, that we realised just how bad the previous install had been. It was leaking at multiple points, not just the floor but the joists were sodden and the waste had been going uphill while the shower base was precariously poised on the corner of a tile. The leaks were affecting the en suite, bedroom and hallway. Paul located the main waste which was boxed in as part of an extension and was able to re-run the waste to join this directly, rip and replace the shower, fit shower panels and a new radiator and reinforce the joist plus lay new flooring and tiles. The shower is now low profile rather than raised as he was able to sink a wider waste pipe. It took five days and he has done such an amazing job. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jamie Really disappointed, expensive quote cheap products. First shower is around £ 120 failed to do the job and you replaced it again with £149 shower???? There is no different at all. Waste of money and time.
