Great people - highly recommended. Chay's colleague Paul called today at a prearranged time to have a quick no cost look at the mystery damp in the subsoil of my downstairs shower room. Paul stayed for around 30 minutes and was more than helpful and suggested it was almost certainly a ventilation or a drain leakage issue. After Paul left a close inspection of the external runaway has revealed some damage which is very likely the cause of the damp. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have a plumbing / leakage issue as they seem very genuine and will offer free and sensible advice. They have probably saved me a lot of money by pointing me in the right direction.

We've been trying to reach nicholas for more than a week and can't get any response. He's taken the money and run away. Although work is almost complete but: 1. He did not return the house keys. 2. He has a leaking radiator unfixed 3. He has not finished radiator balancing work. This means we'll have to get another trade person to finish the work and change our house keys for the rental property.
