Outstanding service from start to finish. He responded quickly, arrived the very same day, replaced the kitchen tap without the slightest issue, and charged a remarkably fair price for the work. There’s something deeply reassuring about watching somebody quietly and competently solve a problem that would have taken me three trips to B&Q, two YouTube tutorials, and a small psychological collapse beneath the sink. Particularly impressive given the current state of the house — a condition brought about by working punishing hospital hours five or six days a week while simultaneously hosting a house guest whose relationship with tidying appears to be entirely theoretical. A fascinating individual. Leaves evidence of habitation in every room like a well-funded archaeological expedition. Not a word of judgement from him though. Just professionalism, efficiency, and the calm demeanour of a man who has undoubtedly seen far worse behind closed doors.

The small job involved a single item (washer) replacement to stop a cistern leak. Mark responded to my request promptly, consistent with the sense of urgency one feels about leaks, arriving the next day (after a pre-arranged call to confirm my whereabouts) and completing the work without fuss or mess in minutes. He is genuine, friendly, reliable, responsive and his price is very reasonable. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Really poor communication. Agreed to do the work then went cold. Responded again eventually and then again went cold. Unreliable. Don’t waste your time. Updated: Although you may not like negative reviews and I have never left one before - we are all just trying to get by. There’s nothing worse than being messed about by unreliable people which works whether you’re the customer or tradesmen. I hope you improve your communication skills with your future customers.
