Paul and his team did an excellent job at repairing an external drainage leak at my top floor tenement flat. He was able to come out quickly to quote, was very friendly and had obvious experience with this particular issue. Once contracted he sorted out everything needed, scaffolding included and had the entire job done and scaffolding away again in a matter of hours. Would highly recommend!

David and Tom removed a gas fire and surrounding tiles and installed a woodburning stove and granite surround. We were very impressed with their professionalism and work. They responded quickly to messages and were very clean and tidy. The used a large extractor fan so the dust from the work which is normally very messy was lessened. We are thrilled with our stove and it’s made such a difference to our home. We are very grateful to David and Tom for doing the work so quickly and to a very high standard. Responded quickly to my call for my mum's leaking toilet which she was stressed about ,she is 76 and panics with things like that ,So it was great to have it dealt with fast and on a holiday wknd , she was delighted with his work and price ,also cleaned up great after ,he was freindly and put her at ease by talking her through the work and also sent me video clips of the problem and finished job .

Sean was so good, he promptly came to look at our job and assessed the problem with our shower, he advised us that the problem was a very clear insurance claim (which we weren’t aware of) and that he would look after all the paperwork, reports/quotes etc. Within 5 days all the paperwork was sorted out and our insurance company was completely satisfied that our claim was a valid one, 4 days later the claim amount was lodged in my account and 3 days after that the work was completed. I cannot recommend OBW highly enough, first class service and completely stress free. Thank you

Will not recommend.Incomplete / failed repair..2xbath tub panel tiles were broken during repair.Paid upfront out of trust as he promised to come back and finish the work.Never returned. Still leaking after repair.Refused to pick up my call ,refused to answer to my messages.Ultimately blocked me when asked for refund of upfront paid money.No response.Never recommend..
