Really pleased with the service. I was kept fully informed throughout, with everything clearly explained so I always understood what was being done, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the work carried out. Dan was fair, transparent with costs, and very professional. I was especially impressed with how quickly he attended and resolved the issue with the toilet flush. He also respected my preference for how updates were communicated and followed this exactly. Would definitely recommend and hire Dan again.

Turned up with his son to quote I explained the problems I had with the wardrobe he said he could do it no problem. Turned up two days later than agreed then took nearly 5 hours to do 50% of the job before realising he should have measured the door at the start. Cut specialist panel with a handsaw and without care for a straight line. Then he abandoned the job saying he would be back to finish the next day. On the next day he text me to say that his brother died and please can I send him money. When I said that I will pay him once the work was completed as promised he said he will be gone for 3 months. Avoid this guy they are cowboys pretending to be tradesmen

Kevin was amazing. Initially, we only hired him to unplumb and then plumb in a bath, but when a builder let us down he took on the whole job to renovate our bathroom at very short notice and at a very reasonable price. He was very professional, kept us updated throughout on the progress of the job, kept everything clean,and did a brilliant job. Better than this, when the bathroom wall turned out to be seriously unstable and required replacement, he explained it all to us, showed us the evidence, and got on with replacing it, even working over two weekends and drafting in another tradesman to help. He was thoughtful, proactive and resourceful throughout the job. We strongly recommend him!
