Rene was great! Nice, punctual and very generous with his time. What ought to have been a straightforward job turned out to need two visits... This was due to a faulty tap. Rene was happy to wait with us while we spoke to the manufacturer and make a video to send to them highlighting the problem. He then came back when the manufacturer had sent us out a replacement and got the job done. Everything running as it should be! We will certainly hire Rene again for any plumbing jobs in the future and recommend him to any one that asks!

Mykolas came and quoted for work, offered a fair price and fit me into his busy schedule all within the space of less than a week so the job could be completed quickly for me. The work Mykolas carried out was done professionally and at every stage where there was a decision to make, he offered good advice and reasoning behind each option. He completed a lot of work in a short time frame whilst doing a professional job. I'm very happy with the results. My house was left clean and tidy and Mykolas was a pleasure to have around. Poor quality and unsafe workmanship. Left exposed live wiring right next to a working water basin. Demanded quick payment and we had to keep chasing him to resolve the unsafe works. Kept promising to come and never turned up. Then said he will charge us for extra materials when we bought the materials as he instructed initially.

His communication was excellent from the start, and he was incredibly responsive—arriving at my house within just 10 minutes of being contacted. Absolutely delighted with our new canopy porch. Matt and his colleague were thorough, organised, friendly and very professional workers. Work was completed to a very high standard and exactly as wanted. Everything left clear and tidy and communication was excellent throughout. Have asked for quotes for two other jobs already. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Bexley Construction.
