This was a most complicated job which included the handling of 11 residents. Lee's work was very professional, well organized and empathetic towards those that were affected by this huge disruption. I had mentioned before Ibrahim started the job that it was going to be a difficult job but he was confident he could do it and despite proving a lot more time consuming for him and his colleague, they did an excellent job and didn’t charge for all the extra time and manpower it took, they charged me what they had originally quoted, so I am very happy and would definitely use them again. They are honest and very hardworking.

When Adam was originally commissioned to do a re-sealing job, there was quick communication and the work was done well. When we agreed to do more work a couple of months later, Adam cancelled a few hours before the appointment, didn't offer to reschedule and then ignored my messages. Not the best way to treat repeat customers. 3 stars for reliability.
