I couldn't be happier with MPS Maintenance in general and Marcus in particular. He came to my house to have a look at the job before quoting, which I felt was thorough. All admin related to the work was undertaken by Marta at the office, who is friendly, cheerful and efficient. (I think it's a good idea to have a separation between the person doing the work and the money/admin side of things, if possible, by the way.) On the day we agreed, Marcus and Isaac arrived on time, and set to work. Unfortunately, there had been a mix-up with the products ordered, and they couldn't complete the job that day. In fact, for various reasons, it extended over several days. Throughout, Marcus and Isaac worked hard, made sure everything was stacked neatly at the end of the day, and stayed patient and good-humoured, despite the unexpected delays in completion, none of which were their fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marcus and Isaac. They were both polite and good-natured, they completed the job to a good standard, and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

Paid nearly £100 just to troubleshooted the issue. The quote to fix it was quiet high compared to others therefore I didn't want to go ahead with the job. One part of my shower mixer has not been put back properly. I flagged this and I appreciated the guy coming back with the intent to fix it, however it made the situation worse as my shower buttons now fall down, I will have to call someone else to fix it. Bottom line -> I am not happy.

The team were excellent. I’ve had a bad experience in the past with old builders but Adeem and his team were promote and experienced. Before doing each step in the bathroom they explained everything with much detail and left me feeling positive! My whole bathroom was refurbished and I can’t even recognise it anymore. The transformation has been fantastic. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I would also be using them in the future whenever needed for other jobs!
