Contacted Sean and within 24 hours he had visited, assessed my 3 plumbing jobs, provided advice and estimates for solutions. After accepting the very reasonable quotes for the work required, Sean returned after another 24 hours and carried out the work required. This solved all 3 problems much to my satisfaction. I found Sean to be extremely professional and efficient. Providing an excellent service for a reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending him. Will certainly be using him in future.

In short, took the money for materials and additional work upfront and never did it. Does not reply to phone calls nor text messages. Initial work is still not finished - 2 months after starting a 2-day job. This is not only disappointing, this is a theft. Quality of work, at least the one he did this far was ok - though not without flaws. Price was cheap but I did face additional costs for materials that were promised to be included in the price. Taking money for materials and ghosting is unacceptable. Avoid.
