We’re absolutely thrilled with the bathroom George refurbished for us—he’s the full package: honest, reliable, professional, and incredibly skilled. From the start, he was a pleasure to deal with. We changed our minds on the design (twice!) and he had no issue requoting and adapting without hesitation. He took the time to walk us through every step, offered great advice, and even helped sketch out design ideas on the spot. The work itself is outstanding—he ripped everything out and installed a brand-new bathroom including tiling, flooring, fittings, and even replaced part of the ceiling. Every detail was done to a really high standard, and he left the place spotless. He was always punctual, respectful of our home, and kept us informed throughout. It’s clear George genuinely cares about doing a great job and making sure his clients are happy. Tradespeople like him are rare. We’d 100% recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him again for future projects.

David has done an outstanding job with our kitchen. From the moment we met David he was very professional, talked us through all options we had and kept us informed at all times of the job. He was reliable and on time for quoting and the job. The work carried has been brilliant and our kitchen sink and taps look fabulous. David completely reworked all the pipes under our sink and removed several unneeded elements. Everything was left in a tidy and clean way. We can not recommend David high enough and will be using him again.

Sam arrived on the day and time agreed to view the job I had posted on the My Builder website. We discussed my requirements, and he returned a couple of days later with the landscaping materials (two journeys) and tools required to complete the job. In the interim period Sam messaged and kept me updated as to 'costings' because, due to the nature of the work, the exact quantities of material required were an unknown. Receipts were later produced as proof of expenditure. Sam is a very polite, courteous, thorough and tidy worker, he actually went over and above that required in order to complete the work to his own high standards as well as to my own complete satisfaction. Sam is a good multitasker and I have no hesitation in recommending him for a variety of jobs both in and around the home and garden.

What a wonderful human being Ibby is. He’s the epitome of a honest and helpful workman. He came round on time, talked me through what had happened to my shower and the options for how to fix it. He made it good straight away but gave me an option for making it better for the future. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything more than what he did on the day. Ibby was also incredibly reasonable with his prices, he genuinely cares for his clients. I would highly recommend Ibby, I will be using him for all future jobs.
