I had an excellent experience with Flowtech Plumbing and Heating. Luke is extremely professional, efficient, and friendly, and did an amazing job servicing the boiler and radiators. He responded quickly, came the very next day as agreed, explained everything clearly, and fixed the boiler pressure, which was far too high. Very reasonably priced and high-quality work. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend Luke and Flowtech Plumbing and Heating.

The quote was very reasonable and competitive and the repair work was done to a very high standard. Well where do I start , I had a company come out to move my boiler to a cupboard to the loft so I could have a bigger bathroom, they left I had heating no hot water , contacted them they come back out had a look told me it needed new parts things like this happen so I said ok still didn't work they then accidentally flooded the loft and and got the boiler wet then told me I needed a new PCB after I told the they must of damaged the pcb when they got the loft wet which they weren't aware of back at there office spoke to the manager he said he'll contact me back but after that they ghosts me for a full week I have kids and 1 just turned 1 , i needed it done contacted Ben who come out Easter Sunday ! Spoke to him on chat on here he said it sounds plumbed wrong without looking he came out confirmed it was and fixed it straight away, all I can say it's absolutely fantastic I willBe recommending him to everyone and now is the only contact I'll be issuing going forward . Thank you Ben so much
