The guy was obliging,polite and punctual throughout,despite problems with some of the equipment we had ordered,and returned as soon as we had replacement parts to refit as necessary.We tested everything before he left and everything worked perfectly.When small adjustments were asked for,he made them. Room left tidy and unwanted items taken away. Can recommend him 100% and will most certainly use him again.

Absolutely brilliant. On time for assessing job, got quote same evening - seemed really reasonable. Someone available to speak to on phone with queries. On time to do job. Brought materials needed as required- had noted what was needed when assessing job.Fast and efficient workers. Very clean. Had work explained whilst in progress and potential problems were identified and measures put in place to make sure things could not go wrong eg water to garden tap was routed so garden water would not be affected by softener and tap put in place so could be turned off for winter. Was given really useful advice about usage and things I could expect eg noise during operation. Paid as per quote- even fixed toilet problem without extra charge.Could not fault and highly recommended. Already negotiating next job I need doing- need I say more!

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!
