Ash went above & beyond what was expected today. I will keep his number for future jobs & I will only ever get him to put my furniture together. I will never attempt to do things myself again. I asked him to put a wardrobe together for me that my daughter had managed to break & he did an excellent job. Not only did he do that job for me he also put my daughters bed back together that I dismantled to make room for him to do the wardrobe. Fantastic service & fantastic customer service. I couldn't be happier with MPS Maintenance in general and Marcus in particular. He came to my house to have a look at the job before quoting, which I felt was thorough. All admin related to the work was undertaken by Marta at the office, who is friendly, cheerful and efficient. (I think it's a good idea to have a separation between the person doing the work and the money/admin side of things, if possible, by the way.) On the day we agreed, Marcus and Isaac arrived on time, and set to work. Unfortunately, there had been a mix-up with the products ordered, and they couldn't complete the job that day. In fact, for various reasons, it extended over several days. Throughout, Marcus and Isaac worked hard, made sure everything was stacked neatly at the end of the day, and stayed patient and good-humoured, despite the unexpected delays in completion, none of which were their fault. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marcus and Isaac. They were both polite and good-natured, they completed the job to a good standard, and I was very comfortable having them in my home.

When i was looking to change the boiler i took quotes from 5 companies. He explained to me all the work needed in his quote and work as per our availability. i was absolutely comfortable and can understand his very reasonable charges. He is a great professional, expert gas boiler installer, have a great team, keeps you informed of the work. he is very co-operative and helpful. In our case, the pipe work was more then he expected in the beginning but he never even told me of the additional work. His whole team is always smiling, on time, takes never stressed. They left the place absolutely tidy ( even better then before). I am so impressed that I already have recommended him to my friends. cannot praise him enough for his job. I am going to call him for my whole house underfloor heating job later. i am so happy with his job that i cant stop from writing such a detailed feedback ( generally i dont do it) as i sinecerely want to spread the word about his good work.
