Robert was brilliant. Sorted the problems that needed fixing really quickly to a high standard in quite tricky circumstances and was utterly professional throughout. Perhaps more importantly, he is a really nice guy who is a pleasure to deal with and is very clear about pricing, which was actually exceptionally reasonable - in fact, it was a bargain. I would ask Robert to do anymore work for me that needed doing in a heartbeat - I really can't recommend him enough.

Joel and his colleague came to fix my boiler for me last week. They got the boiler working for a grand total of 36 hours before I got the exact same problem as I was having before. I have spoke to Joel to inform him (as I have a 2 year old so a working boiler is more of a necessity then normal) I was stupidly expecting him to come out and fix what he was supposed to last week but instead I was told I would need to pay them the same amount in parts and labour for them to come back out, essentially paying twice for the same job. I am out of pocket and now cannot afford to get someone else out to do the job. I feel like I have been absolutely conned and am now looking at a month without heating and hot water with a child in the house. Thanks!

Florin from Driben Ltd, was very professional and punctual to the job. He came on Sunday to fix an issue with the kitchen tap. He had to cut a piece of wood inside the cupboard. When he finally had access to the water tap, he tighten it and it's not loose anymore. He finished the job very fast and he was very helpful, with advice for other minor issues at the flat. Highly recommended!
