Marius is a pleasant person, however, I was disappointed with his work. The tiling in my wet room envelope was done poorly, with water flowing out of the wet room area rather than into the gully, the drain gully was left well below the tiles creating a hazardous hole in the middle of the wet room floor area. Additionally, he left the job without a proper handover and talk through ensuring I was happy. When I reached out to resolve the problem, he dismissed my concerns and made no effort to correct the issue despite sharing videos of the problem, he did not bother to come back and look at what the complaint was about. Instead, he threatened to take me to court! I cannot recommend Marius due to his lack of professionalism and poor workmanship. I have since got another tradesman to redo the work.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.

Substantial Repairs to our freehold building including new roof, replacement Bressummer Beams and repairs to outside brickwork , guttering and windows. This was a most complicated job which included the handling of 11 residents. Lee's work was very professional, well organized and empathetic towards those that were affected by this huge disruption. He and his team were extremely reliable and obliging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.
