Not transparent on his fees he originally charged me £89 for the call out and then told me once he arrived at the property (after arriving late) that it would be £189 per hour for fixing the issue. He was there for 10 minutes and cleaned the filter (although the pump was working at the time which was main cause of the issue in the first place) it wasn’t working a few days later and when I got back in touch with him he said it was best to replace the washing machine. Also he didn’t show up for the first appointment and didn’t bother to tell me and he was late for the second appointment so not reliable. Very disappointing and a complete rip off.

Punctual tradesman. Found issue with leaking bathroom quickly. Recommended further fixes without being pushy. No issues since leak fixed. Overall very good and prompt service. I would recommend these tradesmen but do agree additional costs for parts and materials up front for transparency purposes and to avoid surprises after the event.
