This service provider was very quick to respond to my request and came and fixed one of the toilets so that there was one working toilet. He then made himself available for fitting a brand new toilet a couple of weeks later. The new toilet did not quite fit into the space where the current toilet was but the service provider ensured that it fitted. As there were two separate visits the job was expensive but there was nothing to be done about that as one of the toilets needed replacing and I did not have a toilet available to fit at the time the service provider visited the property.

My husband and I super impressed with the work done for us. I was a bit skeptical at first because I couldn't see a lot of reviews under this company but just felt to go with them. Things that impressed me: - Prompt response to my messages - Sent me a proposal with the cost so I wasn't guessing. - Was willing to order and pick up a tap for me on his way. - when I said that I needed the work done today, he was able to fit me in. - We agreed on when he should come, he communicated when he was 30 mins away and arrived just in time. - Friendly, honest and straightforward guy. He and my husband were talking like they had known each other before. - He was also able to do a quick kitchen sink work for us whilst here. - He was willing to answer our questions. - The tap he fitted in place of the old one is even better. Our old one splashes water all over when opened, even gently but this one isn't like that. The overall service has been incredible. Thank you so much. Will defo be in touch.

Simon visited to make an assessment prior to a quote. Simon explained worse scenario to allow us to make an informed choice. Work completed, Simon was a professional and tidy worker that overcame issues that were thrown at him. Great attitude and sense of humour. Fully recommend. Simon also fitted in an extra job during his visit which improved our life’s no end. (Don’t tell him but rates are sound in comparison to another quote from someone that just threw a price out there, based on no in depth knowledge of the job.)
