Ash went above & beyond what was expected today. I will keep his number for future jobs & I will only ever get him to put my furniture together. I will never attempt to do things myself again. I asked him to put a wardrobe together for me that my daughter had managed to break & he did an excellent job. Not only did he do that job for me he also put my daughters bed back together that I dismantled to make room for him to do the wardrobe. Fantastic service & fantastic customer service. Marsel kindly agreed to do a very small job for me of installing two parking bollards. He came on a Sunday with a friend and worked quickly, checking with me that he was putting the bollards exactly where I needed them. He even brought his own power washer to clean up even though it was an outdoor job. Very pleasant, efficient workers.

Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks again, really appreciate the great work!

We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!
