Marius is a pleasant person, however, I was disappointed with his work. The tiling in my wet room envelope was done poorly, with water flowing out of the wet room area rather than into the gully, the drain gully was left well below the tiles creating a hazardous hole in the middle of the wet room floor area. Additionally, he left the job without a proper handover and talk through ensuring I was happy. When I reached out to resolve the problem, he dismissed my concerns and made no effort to correct the issue despite sharing videos of the problem, he did not bother to come back and look at what the complaint was about. Instead, he threatened to take me to court! I cannot recommend Marius due to his lack of professionalism and poor workmanship. I have since got another tradesman to redo the work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Called this morning at short notice for an urgent toilet leak (pan connector replacement) and he was here by 9am on a Friday. Did a fantastic job, clean and efficient work, and was friendly and professional throughout. Pricing was very fair and transparent. So relieved to have found a reliable local plumber I can trust. I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.

Adriano a very professional and hard working man. He spend 5.5 days in our house painting and decorating. He is very patient and listens to customers needs and accommodates and goes extra mile to make you happy. A real pleasure to have around the house. I have not been the easiest customer as OCD issues being a perfectionist but Adriano done amazing and met all our expectations. Our hallway, stairs, living room and kitchen has been painted perfectly. Thank you and will use again for other things around the house.

The team were excellent. I’ve had a bad experience in the past with old builders but Adeem and his team were promote and experienced. Before doing each step in the bathroom they explained everything with much detail and left me feeling positive! My whole bathroom was refurbished and I can’t even recognise it anymore. The transformation has been fantastic. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I would also be using them in the future whenever needed for other jobs!
